I Love Developers is built so that your inputs stay with you. This page explains, in plain language, what that means in practice.
Tools that run in your browser
Most I Love Developers tools — including text tools, converters, calculators and the password generator — run entirely in your browser using local JavaScript. Inputs you type or paste are processed on your device and are never sent to our servers.
Image tools
The image compressor and image resizer use your browser's file and canvas APIs. Your images are read and rewritten locally; they are not uploaded anywhere by the tool.
Information we do not collect
We do not require accounts, names or email addresses to use the tools. We do not ask you to store generated passwords, and tool inputs are not persisted to storage by the site.
Basic technical logs
Like most websites, our hosting provider may record standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and requested URL for security and reliability purposes. These logs do not contain the content you process with the tools.
Cookies and analytics
The site works without cookies. If analytics are enabled in the future, they will be configured to measure anonymous usage events (such as which tool was opened) without collecting personal information.
Third parties
Tool inputs are never sent to third-party APIs. If we ever add a third-party service that processes data, this page will be updated before that happens.
